ENN LNG and Cheniere sign long term LNG sale and purchase agreement

ENN LNG (Singapore) Private Limited (ENN LNG), a wholly owned subsidiary of ENN Natural Gas Company Limited (ENN Natural Gas), and Cheniere Marketing LLC (Cheniere) have signed a long-term LNG sale and purchase agreement (SPA). Under the terms of the SPA, Cheniere will deliver 0.9 million tonnes of LNG annually to ENN LNG on a free on board (FOB) basis for a period of 13 years starting from July 2022.

This is the first long-term LNG SPA since the completion of major asset restructuring of ENN Natural Gas in 2020. It is also the first time the two companies have collaborated in the field of LNG.
