Eni unit completes sale of 20 per cent stake in Indonesian contract area

Eni S.p.A. unit Eni East Sepinggan Limited has closed its previously announced sale of a 20 per cent stake in the East Sepinggan area, offshore Indonesia, to Neptune Energy Group Limited’s subsidiary Neptune Energy East Sepinggan BV for an undisclosed amount. Following the completion of the deal, Eni East Sepinggan will continue to serve as the operator with a 65 per cent interest. Neptune Energy East Sepinggan and PT Pertamina (Persero) unit PT Pertamina Hulu Energi East Sepinggan hold 20 per cent and 15 per cent stakes respectively in the East Sepinggan area.
