Encorp Bhd has appointed Dr Wan Ahmad Rudirman Wan Razak as Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately, as part of its efforts to enhance board capabilities and strategic oversight.
Dr Wan Ahmad Rudirman brings over 25 years of experience in corporate advisory, regulatory leadership, and strategic investments. He previously served as CEO of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and as president and group CEO of Terengganu Incorporated Sdn Bhd, with prior leadership roles at KUB Malaysia Bhd and Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd, as well as international representation in professional accounting bodies.
The appointment reflects Encorp’s focus on strengthening governance, financial expertise, and public sector strategy. Concurrently, the company announced the resignation of Datuk Dr Suzana Idayu Wati Osman as Non-Independent Non-Executive Director, expressing appreciation for her contributions since joining the board in 2022.
