The Energy Market Authority (EMA) of Singapore has expanded its partnership with Korea Gas Corporation (Kogas) to explore joint procurement of liquefied natural gas (LNG) in Singapore. This partnership is followed by a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in LNG procurement and supply chain management.
The new agreement also includes potential collaboration in chartering and operating LNG carriers. This joint effort could lead to better contract terms and pricing, benefiting both parties.
