Dtac has launched commercial LTE mobile broadband services in Phuket. The operator is already offering these services in Bangkok. dtac has stated that it will continue 4G network expansion to Had Yai, Surat Thani and Koh Samui. It intends to install over 6,500 3G/4G base stations to cover all areas in Bangkok and its vicinity as well as in 30 other provinces across the country.
