The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has listed 10 priority infrastructure projects that will be developed under the public-private partnership (PPP) model in the Philippines. Some of the projects that will be developed under PPP includes the PHP12.6 billion Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEX) between Cabanatuan City and San Jose City, PHP12.45 billion rehabilitation of the Kennon Road in Benguet Province as well as the 57 km Metro Cebu Expressway between Naga City and Danao City.

Other projects that have been listed also includes the second phase of the North Luzon East Expressway (NLEE), the Pangasinan-Nueva Ecija Expressway, Infanta-Atimonan section of the Pacific Eastern Seaboard Expressway, the Naawan-Opoi-Cagayan de Oro City-Villanueva Expressway, the Iloilo-Capiz-Aklan Expressway, and the Dingalan-Capas-Botolan Expressway. One bridge project will be developed under the PPP model, namely the 14 km Mindoro-Batangas Super Bridge.

This move is expected to further diversify investment sources of key projects as well as ease pressure on the federal and state budget in the Philippines.
