DPS Resources Bhd (DPS) has signed a joint venture agreement (JVA) with Mutiara Mahajuta Sdn Bhd (MMSB) to develop bio-farms, renewable energy (RE), solar farms and aqua-phonics projects in Melaka, Malaysia.
In line with this, MMSB has secured 190.09 acres of land in the Mukim of Bukit Apit II, Alor Gajah to develop the projects. Meanwhile, DPS will manage the project as well as conduct a study to assess the feasibility of solar farm projects.
