The DOE has signed the service contract and certificate of registration for a 22 MW solar project – the San Carlos solar farm. The developers – Bronzeoak Philippines and Swiss-German investment banking group Thomas Lloyd – can now start construction of the PhP 1.9 billion solar farm that is financed by Thomas Lloyd. Construction will be carried out in two stages.
