Indonesia-based Telkomsel has announced the appointment of Derrick Heng as the new CMO. He will be replacing Rachel Goh and will report directly to Hendri Mulya Syam, the CEO. Heng will oversee the development of Telkomsel’s digital lifestyle and connectivity services, particularly for the business-to-consumer (B2C) market.

He was formerly a senior director of segment marketing and communications at SingTel, where he was in charge of consumer group’s marketing campaigns.
