The China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) has completed the 12 km long viaduct for the $1.7 billion Temburong bridge in Brunei. The bridge provides a land link between Bandar Seri Begawan and Temburong.CSCEC had started the work on the bridge in October 2015. The scope of work included a 12 km long prefabricated viaduct over the mangrove swamps of the Labu Forest Reserve. The other main contractor for the civil engineering packages of the project is a Korean company, Daelim Industrial.
