SB Procurement Private Limited, a subsidiary of Soilbuild Construction Group, has secured a contract to construct a sustainable and energy-efficient logistics facility in Singapore. This new facility will aim to achieve multiple sustainability certifications, including Green Mark Platinum, Green Mark Zero Energy, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold, and LEED Zero Carbon.
In addition to this project, Precast Concrete Private Limited, another subsidiary of Soilbuild Construction Group, has been awarded contracts for the supply and delivery of precast components for public housing projects managed by the Housing and Development Board (HDB). These projects are located in various regions of Singapore, including Tampines, Woodlands, Bishan, and Choa Chu Kang. The precast components contracts are scheduled to commence in Q3 2023 and are expected to be completed by Q2 2025. The total value of these contracts is more USD118.7 million.
