The Department of Public Works and Highways intends to begin the construction of a new spur road connecting the Manila-Cavite Expressway to the Sangley International Airport by the second quarter of 2020. The project, which is expected to cost between PhP 200 million and PhP 250 million, is expected to be completed in one year’s time. The road will help in improving connectivity to the Sangley International Airport, which is being developed as an alternative to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
