Construction on Phase 1 of the Dong Hai 1 wind power project has started. The project has a capacity of 50 MW and will entail an investment of VND 2.5 trillion ($107.3 million). The project includes 12 wind turbines, a transformer station and a transmission line and is likely to be operational by 2021.
