Consortium launches the first state-of-the-art clean-coal, 27-MW power plant in the Iloilo

The consortium of AC Energy Holdings Corporation, Palm Thermal Consolidated Holdings Corporation, and Jin Navitas Resource, Inc., have launched the first state-of-the-art clean coal, 27 MW power plant in Iloilo province, located in the western Visayas region of the Philippines. The plant will use circulating fluidised bed combustion technology and Alstom’s steam turbine and generator. SNC-Lavalin, a Canadian-American company, has been appointed as the project owner’s engineer and project manager.
