Singapore-based ComfortDelGro has appointed Cheng Siak Kian as the deputy CEO with immediate effect while also retaining his position as the CEO of SBS Transit, the company’s listed subsidiary. Cheng will oversee the growth of the group’s overseas businesses and global expansion strategy.
Cheng Siak Kian joined ComfortDelGro in 2015 as the senior vice-president of SBS Transit. He led a number of key corporate acquisitions and helped the group expand its operations in other sectors, including non-emergency patient transportation.
