ETL Company Limited, a subsidiary of Comba Telecom Systems, has plans to roll out a 4G long-term evolution (LTE) network project in Laos at an estimated cost of $110 million. Further, during the implementation of the project, ETL will enter into definitive procurement agreements with various equipment suppliers and services providers. The wide spectrum of ETL’s customers will provide ready users for ETL’s 4G LTE network.
