The Changi Airport Group was recognised as the most attractive employer in Singapore at the Randstad Award 2016.
The Changi Airport Group has been inching towards the top slot in the Most Attractive Employer ranking since its debut in the top three two years ago. In 2014, it was ranked third and later, in 2015, it climbed to the second position.
The attractiveness factors of an employer brand are instrumental in an individual’s choice to join or leave a company. The Changi Airport Group came in first place in categories including financial health, good training, long-term job security, strong management, pleasant working atmosphere, and environmental and social awareness.
The Randstad Award is based on a large survey of employer branding across the world. The survey includes responses from over 200,000 respondents across different age groups, genders and educational levels, and covers 75 per cent of the global economy. The annual award celebrated its fifth year in Singapore and its 16th edition globally.
