CAT Telecom signs agreement with IBM to set up cloud computing infrastructure

Thailand-based state-owned operator CAT Telecom has signed an agreement with IBM to set up cloud computing infrastructure. As per the agreement, IBM will install its SmartCloud infrastructure to provide cloud computing services and manage the infrastructure for four years. CAT Telecom is planning to offer cloud services to private and government organisations.
