Changi Airport Group (CAG) has partnered with Airbus, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), and Linde Public Limited Company to jointly explore the feasibility of a hydrogen hub in Singapore Changi Airport (SIN). Under the two-year study, the partners will examine the infrastructure requirements to accommodate hydrogen-powered aircrafts at the airport.

The partners will explore the potential of production, storage and delivery of hydrogen in aircraft ground services, operating equipment, and refuelling systems. Additionally, CAG will explore the feasibility of hydrogen fuel cells for airport operations, as well as develop laws and standards for the safe deployment of hydrogen technology at the Changi Airport.
