Malaysia-based mobile operator Celcom Axiata has appointed C. Tiffin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His appointment will be effective as of January 1, 2014. He will replace Chari TVT who has been named Group CFO at parent Axiata Group.
Tiffin has been associated with Axiata for the past year as senior vice-president of Finance for e.co. Prior to this position, he worked in the capacity of CFO at Safaricom Limited, Kenya. Previously, he was CFO of Nigeria-based Vee Networks.
