Malaysia-based offshore oilfield services provider Bumi Armada Berhad has undertaken a multi-currency euro medium-term note (EMTN) programme worth RM 4.9 billion to raise funds for its expansion plans and for refinancing its debts. Recently, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Bumi Armada Capital Offshore, joined the programme for the establishment of EMTN, aimed at providing Bumi Armada the flexibility to raise funds via the issuance of medium-term notes in a multitude of tenors and currencies.
