Brunei’s AITI and Singapore’s IDA join hands to ensure affordable mobile roaming rates in 2015

The Authority for Infocommunications Technology Industry (AITI) of Brunei Darussalam and Singapore’s Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) have jointly issued a statement that beginning January 2015, telecom subscribers in both the countries will enjoy affordable mobile roaming rates, when travelling to either country. They will enjoy rate reductions to the tune of 10 per cent for voice calls, and up to 50 per cent for SMSs, video calls, and data.
