The Brunei National Petroleum Company and the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) have signed an MoU to engage in joint exploration and development of oil and gas fields in Brunei and Vietnam. PVN has also signed a contract worth $250 million with the Brunei Shell Petroleum Company to supply crude oil to Vietnam’s Dung Quat refinery that is located in the central province of Quang Ngai.
