The Philippines government has announced that the bidding process for the government’s largest public–private partnership (PPP) project, the Laguna Lakeshore Expressway Dike, would start before the end of the year. It has also been announced that the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) board has approved several infrastructure projects such as the Laoag City Bypass Link Road project, the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit project, and the Light Rail Transit (LRT) Line 1 South Extension and Line 2 East Extension projects.
