The Hanoi Urban Railway Management Board has disclosed the bidders for the consultancy package supporting the Metro Line 3 project, connecting Hanoi Station to Hoang Mai. Funded by non-refundable ODA from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the European Union (EU), the consultancy aims to support project management and urban transport integration planning. The package, valued at VND60,233 billion and spanning 36 months, has drawn five contractor joint ventures.

The bidders include AIS–IRD–Hung Phu, Artelia–Royal Haskoning DHV, Bureau Veritas Vietnam–BVQS–TYPSA, Viet Xanh Consulting–Railway Investment and Construction Consulting, and the Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design Institute–Shanghai Tongji Project Management & Consulting Group. The selected consultant will oversee the project’s technical and management aspects, ensuring alignment with urban transport integration goals.
