Bertolotti S.p.A. has secured a EUR4.7 million contract with Alstom Transport S.A. Thailand for the Malolos-Clark railway and North-South Railway-South Line projects in the Philippines. The contract, awarded by the Department of Transportation (DoTr) of the Republic of the Philippines, involves supplying a traverser, dummy bogies, bogie drop systems, and other lifting devices for railway maintenance depots.
This contract marks a milestone in Bertolotti’s international expansion strategy. Additionally, Bertolotti has been an expert in manufacturing equipment for maintenance depots and also has a reputation in the industry that played a key role in winning the bid.
