The Ayala Corporation was recognised for its Covid-19 initiatives with five awards at the recently concluded International Business Awards 2020. Out of 3,800 nominations from companies across 63 countries, Ayala won one gold award for its Project Ugnayan website, two silvers for its Most Valuable Employer and Most Valuable Corporate Response entries and two bronze awards for its corporate videos. The group has so far allocated over PhP 9.6 billion for its Covid-19-related initiatives.
The Ayala Corporation is the oldest and one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines with core interests in real estate, banking, telecommunications, and power. It also has portfolio investments in various industries including water, industrial technologies, infrastructure and health which are envisioned to drive growth in the long term.
