Asian Terminals Incorporated (ATI) plans to spend around PHP5.2 billion in 2023 on infrastructure upgrades on the Manila and Batangas ports in the Philippines. The company is aiming to finish the modernization of the Batangas passenger terminal and improve existing port facilities during the year.
