Arup has appointed Charles Im as the new Rail Leader for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. In his new role, Charles will help establish the company’s rail business in the region.
Charles has over 25 years of experience leading consultant and contractor teams across different phases of infrastructure projects including feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed designs and construction. Some of the key projects he has previously worked on includes Singapore’s Downtown Line 3a, Malaysia’s Klang Valley MRT Lines 2 & 3, Jakarta’s MRT Phase 2 and Ho Chi Minh City’s Metro Line 2 among others.
