Sugbo Bike Lane Board (SBLB) has announced plans to build additional bike lanes of up to 110 km in the north and the south district of Cebu City, Philippines. The board is also currently in the process of rebuilding existing lanes that were damaged by Typhoon Odette.

Additionally, SBLB will also install CCTV cameras to monitor the bike lanes around the city centre and South Road Properties (SRP).

Cebu City is one of the most bike friendly cities in the Philippines. Despite public transportation returning to full capacity, bike usage in the city has remained consistent, as many residents continue to commute to work by bicycle.
