ARAYA, The Eastern Gateway has launched Thailand’s first hybrid industrial and logistics hub, introducing a ready-built facility that allows tenants to combine manufacturing and warehousing functions at a single site.
The newly opened industrial and logistics hub provides 23,639 square metres of built space, comprising 20,835 square metres of warehouse area and 2,804 square metres of two-storey office space. Designed as a transitional and time-to-market solution, the facility enables companies to commence operations immediately while permanent plants are under construction, reducing typical lead times by 12–18 months.
Additionally, ARAYA is positioned along the Bang Na–Trat corridor in Samut Prakan and is being developed as a fully integrated smart industrial estate. The project is supported by a dedicated 150 MW power substation, with scalability to 500–600 MW for high-consumption users such as data centres, alongside 5G connectivity, an open-access underground fibre network, natural gas supply and water capacity of up to 40,000 cubic metres per day.
