Airports of Thailand’s (AOT) net profit increased by 151 per cent to 16.35 billion baht during January–September 2013. Passenger traffic increased by 20.3 per cent at AOT’s six airports during the first nine months of 2013 compared to the corresponding period of 2012. Non-aeronautical revenue rose by 23.83 per cent to 14.83 billion baht, while the revenue from duty-free concessions went up by 1.42 billion baht. The six airports in Thailand are Suvarnabhumi, Dong Mueang, Chiang Mai, Hat Yai, Phuket, and Chiang Rai.
