AIA Philippines has secured two recognitions at the Asian Management Excellence Awards 2026, winning Philippines Employee Engagement of the Year – Life Insurance and Philippines Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year – Life Insurance. The awards recognise the company’s efforts to strengthen employee experience and workplace wellbeing across its organisation.

The Employee Engagement award highlighted a company-wide strategy implemented from 2023 to 2025, anchored on clarity, courage, and humanity. Programmes such as Work Well, Grow@AIA, the AIA Lead Series, and inclusion-focused employee communities formed part of an integrated engagement framework covering wellbeing, leadership, and professional development. More than 90 per cent of employees participated in key initiatives, while the internal eNPS score rose from 84 per cent in October 2024 to 96 per cent in October 2025, reflecting improved employee advocacy and trust.

The Health and Wellness Initiative award recognised AIA Philippines’ employee wellness ecosystem built around AIA Rethink Healthy, AIA Flex, and AIA Vitality for Employees. Introduced in early 2025, the programmes focused on personalised health support, behaviour change, and flexible benefits. Internal data showed measurable gains, with 71 per cent of employees increasing physical activity, 54 per cent improving eating habits, and 68 per cent reporting reduced stress. The awards are presented by Asian Business Review, which honours leadership and management excellence across the region.
