Laos’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has signed an agreement with China SPT Limited for sewerage management. The scope of works involves development of a sewage treatment plant under an initiative called The GAL (Going, Acting and Leading) Green Initiative. The project will focus on water resource quality, sewage treatment, improvement of sewerage channelling, and technical cooperation.
