HK Limited (ACEN HK), a subsidiary of ACEN Corporation, and Indonesia-based Barito Renewables have signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with UPC Renewables Asia Pacific Holdings to develop three wind projects in Indonesia. The three late-stage wind development projects with a combined capacity of 320 MW are located in South Sulawesi (Sidrap 2), Sukabumi and Lombok provinces.

Under the deal, Barito Wind will own 51 per cent of the three projects meanwhile, ACEN HK will own the remaining 49 per cent.

Additionally, Barito Wind and ACEN are also planning for a long-term partnership to collaborate on additional wind energy projects in the country. Moreover, Star Energy, a subsidiary of Barito, has partnered with ACEN for a 663 MW Salak and Darajat geothermal plant in West Java.
