Aboitiz Power has bagged the Silver Stevie award for its integrated response and awareness towards Covid-19 Hazards (I-REACH) programme in the Most Valuable Corporate Response category of the International Business Awards [IBA] 2020.

The I-REACH programme aims to provide support for customers, especially for critical institutions such as hospitals and other healthcare facilities. One of thekey components of thecampaign was AboitizPower’s collaboration with its partner hospitals in Luzon and Visayas to provide healthcare workers with surgical masks, as well as sanitation and food supplies. Through the campaign, Aboitiz Power has supported its customers in their transition to the new normal through a timely information drive to address key concerns such as sanitation and virus prevention, work-from-home best practices, online employee trainings, etc.

The IBA is the world’s premier business awards programme and received entries from organisations in 63 nations and territories. The Stevie Award winners were decided by the average scores of more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from July through early September.
