A feasibility study on the extension of the light rail transit (LRT) line from Kelana Jaya to Port Klang is currently in the final stage of preparation. It will be ready for submission to the Land Public Transport Commission by end-March 2014. Areas covered in the study include the options of several routes for the LRT line, the challenges of land acquisition, development prospects, and the viability of each proposed route.
