Maan Bautista has been appointed as the Executive Creative Director of Publicis JimenezBasic Philippines, effective immediately.
In her new role, Bautista will lead the agency’s creative direction as it strengthens its integrated and technology-driven capabilities. With more than two decades of experience in the advertising industry, Bautista has led award-winning campaigns across sectors including FMCG, telecommunications, finance, public sector and advocacy. Her work has received recognition at international award platforms such as Cannes Lions, Effies, AdFest, Clio, One Show and Spikes Asia, as well as local honours including Kidlat and Tambuli. Prior to joining Publicis JimenezBasic, she led her previous agency to consecutive Kidlat Agency of the Year wins and multiple recognitions at the 4As Philippines Agency of the Year Awards. Bautista was also inducted into the 4As Philippines Creative Guild Hall of Fame in 2024 and ranked among the top creative leaders in Campaign Brief Asia’s 2025 Creative Rankings.
