Delta Electronics has become the first electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions provider to receive the Philippine Standard (PS) Safety Certification Mark for its AC chargers. This recognition from the Bureau of Philippine Standards under the Department of Trade and Industry confirms compliance with national safety and performance standards. It reinforces Delta’s commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and government-approved EV charging infrastructure.
Delta’s AC chargers, with power outputs between 7 kW and 22 kW, are equipped with smart energy management features and are suited for both residential and commercial applications. The certification supports the goals of the Philippine Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA) and the country’s broader sustainability ambitions. Delta is also working toward PS certification for its DC chargers and is distributing its solutions in partnership with Yek Yeu Merchandising Incorporation.
