The Government of Indonesia has initiated 37 energy infrastructure projects, including 26 power plants with a combined capacity of 3.2 GW and 11 transmission networks, across 18 provinces. These projects in Sumedang, West Java, will contribute in the nation’s transition to sustainable energy and economic transformation.

Also, around 89 per cent of the power capacity will derive from renewable sources, reflecting Indonesia’s commitment to reducing reliance on fossil fuels. These projects align with the government’s strategic goals of achieving energy independence and fostering industrial growth.
