ICTSI to acquire Manila Harbour Centre in Philippines

International Container Terminal Services Incorporated (ICTSI) will acquire Manila Harbour Centre Port Services Incorporated for PHP2.4 billion from Prime Strategic Holdings Incorporated. This move is expected to increase efficiency in the Philippines’ busiest port. The acquisition process is scheduled to be completed by mid-2021.

After the acquisition, ICTSI will be in charge of three terminals in the Port of Manila including the Manila North Harbour Port, a joint venture between ICTSI and San Miguel Corporation, and the Manila International Container Terminal (MICT).
