AirAsia Berhad has won two awards at the 24th World Travel Awards, 2017, held in Vietnam. The airline has been awarded for two titles: the “World’s Leading Low-Cost Airline” award and second, the “World’s Leading Low-Cost Airline Cabin Crew”. Other participants included Southwest Airlines, JetBlue, Ryanair, easyJet, Jetstar Airways, Norwegian Air, West Air, flyDubai, Air Arabia, Flynas, kulula, Mango and fastjet.

The World Travel Awards are held annually to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the global travel and tourism industry.
