The first solar power plant in Iloilo province has been commissioned. The 5.67 MW plant has been developed by Cosmo Solar Energy at an investment of PhP 745 million. Further, the company is planning to develop another plant, adjacent to the 5.67 MW facility. The proposed plant will be able to supply an additional 6.5 MW power to the national grid.
