Singapore’s LTA will add 200 buses under the Bus Service Enhancement Programme by end-2014. The programme was launched in September 2012, and aims to induct 550 buses through LTA, SMRT Corporation Limited (SMRT), and SBS Transit Limited (SBS). In the past one year, SMRT has added 75 buses; SBS has added 77 buses; and the remaining buses have been inducted by LTA.
