The Transportation Agency of Bekasi in West Java has announced plans to procure 400 buses in 2019. The buses will be procured through a conversion programme, which involves replacement of three angkots (public transportation minivans) with one bus. The programme is currently under way in a number of areas including the Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Bogor and Bandung.
