AirAsia won two awards for the fourth consecutive year at the 2016 Skytrax World Airline Awards at the Farnborough International Airshow. The airline was bestowed with the titles of “World’s Best Low-Cost Airline Premium Cabin” and ”World’s Best Low-Cost Airline Premium Seat”. Meanwhile, Garuda Indonesia has won “World’s Best Airline Cabin Crew” award for the third consecutive year.
Skytrax World Airline Awards are decided through a satisfaction survey conducted across travellers from across the globe. They measure standards across 41 key performance indicators of an airline’s frontline products and services.
