Samsung Malaysia Electronics was recently recognised as one of Malaysia’s most trusted brands at the 19th Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Awards. The company received the Platinum award in its smartphone category.
The Reader’s Digest Trusted Brand Awards are voted by approximately 8,000 individuals across Asia including Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines and are based on six attributes – trustworthiness and credibility, quality, value, understanding of customer needs, innovation, and social responsibility.
