RZD International L.L.C., a subsidiary of the Russian Railways (RZD), has signed a partnership agreement with a group of investors led by the Vietnam-based Lung Lo Construction Corporation (Lung Lo) to develop the Tan Tao-Lin Dong-Long Thanh Airport LRT line, serving Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province in Vietnam. RZD will conduct the feasibility study for construction. The partnership is part of an agreement signed in September 2017.
