The Pulau Muara Besar Bridge in Brunei being constructed by China Harbour Engineering Company Limited is expected to be completed by early April 2018. With a total length of 5.915 km, the scope of the project involves the construction of two-way four-lane highways. The cross-sea bridge will have a length of 2.7 km and width of 23.6 metres, with the main structure made of steel. With a total contract value of SGD 260 million, the bridge will be Brunei’s first cross-sea bridge.
