PT Indonesia Power awarded the EPC contract to develop the 780 MW Tambak Lorok combined cycle gas-fired power plant block 3 project in Central Java, to Marubeni and General Electric (GE). The contract value is $36.5 million. The scope of the contract for an Indonesian project includes engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Marubeni will offer the balance of plant equipment, comprising of a heat recovery steam generator. It will also involve in the installation of all equipment in the facility. GE will provide the main equipment such as gas turbine, steam turbine and generator for the project. Besides, HK will offer civil construction services for the project in Central Java.
